Shipping Destinations
- We proudly deliver our premium products worldwide.
- International shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Please send an enquiry email if you’d like to find out how much shipping to your location will cost.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after payment is confirmed. Please note that, processing times are not included in the estimated delivery times displayed at checkout.
- Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods

- Our items are shipped from Nigeria, and we deliver globally. However, customs duties or taxes may be required upon receipt.

Shipping Delays
- In most cases, your package will arrive within the estimated time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by customs clearance processes, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond Kirueka’s control.
Refund Policy
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully, especially the size and specifications, before purchasing. Refunds are generally not provided, except in specific situations outlined below:
- Incorrect Order: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
- Damaged Items: If the item you received is damaged, please get in touch with us immediately at [email protected] with photographic evidence. Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refund Eligibility
- We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit refunds for all original priced items that are unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with original tags attached. All items must be free of stains and smells. Items not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- We offer store credit refunds for all items bought at full price and returned in perfect condition with intact original packaging and tags.
- If eligible and your return approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. This will occur on a case-by-case basis as determined by our customer support team.
Return Process
To initiate a return for an incorrect or damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, description of the issue, and photographic evidence (for damaged items).
- Wait for our response. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Return the item in its original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- Unless the return results from receiving a wrong or defective item, the return shipping cost will be charged to you.
Refund Processing Time
- If a payment refund is approved, your request will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and found eligible after inspection.
Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Kindly initiate a return and place a new order for a different item.
Sale Items
- All sale items are FINAL SALE; there will be No Returns or Exchanges for all items purchased on sale.
Made – To – Measure Items
- We do not allow returns or offer store credit refunds on made-to-measure items made to the measurements you provided. Please ensure you send us your accurate measurements.
Faulty Items
- Any complaints about faulty products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
