• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. * Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery times displayed at checkout. 
• Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods

• You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. 
• Our items are shipped from Nigeria, and we deliver globally. However, customs duties or taxes may be required upon receipt.

Returns

Refund Eligibility 

• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. 
• We offer store credit refunds for all items bought at full price and returned in perfect condition with the original packaging and tags still intact. 
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method – this will occur on a case by-case basis as determined by our customer support team. 

Return Process

Return Shipping Costs

• Unless the return is as a result of receiving a wrong or defective item, the return shipping cost will be charged to you.
